DIY cut out tee
Hey everyone! The other day I made this, inspired by an DIY tutorial video Cesilia sent me showing off this cross pattern. I just knew I had to make it myself, because I love cross patterns, accessories etc. I just bought a cheap cotton t-shirt from walmart, men's department for like 4 bucks. and then cut away. I also added a Hi Lo cut to it, and made the collar a bit bigger and cut the all the edges of the tee to make all cuts look cohesive. It was really easy to do but it took forever, lol, cutting all those wholes out. But it was so worth it.
I like how it came out, the only thing is that I HAVE to wear a bra, I don't have boobs where I can go bra-less and it still looks nice.....NO.....lol, so what I did is I wore a bandeau instead. And yeees, I got fat wings in the back, who cares, before I wouldn't be as body confident as I am today to want to wear it but...you only live once and if you want to wear it...wear it!
Don't let you body insecurities stop you. ;) especially if you know that you can pull it off.
Black tee DIY cut-outs formed to a cross, White shorts from Faded Glory size 16, Sandals from Target, Necklace from street fair in Hasbrouck Heights, Various rings and DIY gifted bracelet.
