Another Work Outfit

- heels of course lol ;)
I would not survive a second in heels at work, I don't know how the other ladies do it, the floor is really hard and after just a couple of hours of standing on your feet and moving around basically AT ALL time in (what you think are) comfortable flats you want to shop your feet off. I was suffering SO bad today, it was hell, because I'm not the kind of girl that likes to complain about personal pain at the work place even though I want to scream "MY FEET ARE KILLING ME!" :P I can't, I just have to fight through it and be happy and smile like nothings wrong, Man oh man, I wish I could walk around in crocs or something, love crocs, so comfortable. :P
It's been like a on growing pain that's been getting worse and worse as I've been starting to work more and more, I think my little feet has gotten too much rest because I'm usually OK with standing on my feet for long shifts. lol I've had vacation from work for too long.
I'm really happy about getting to start working, so excited and I fee blessed and lucky for having a full time job already, thank god!
However next week is gonna be hell, I pray to god for strength that I can make it through that week because both my jobs double "booked" me with shifts for like all the days of the week, including the most crazy busy days of the season "Labor day" lol I'm like Labor day? What is that? What's the big deal, didn't know it was a HUGE holiday :P I'm Swedish.
Aaaaaaah!!!! Both places are like "WE NEED YOU!" and I wish I could split myself into two parts and be at the different places at the same time :( I feel horrible.
I hope I and my Managers can tweak and alter the schedule so that I can help both out the busy days ASAP. But after this coming week I'll be a full time employee at the E-bar at Nordstrom. :D and work extra at Ann Taylor. Worst case scenario if I can't sort the next weeks schedule out is that I'm gonna have to leave Ann Taylor :( which I really don't wanna do but I'm gonna be left with no choice because Full-time is most important. Right? Omg, 'm rambling, you can tell that I'm deeply bothered by this situation *tear* Just wanna get through it... it's stressing me out so much.

Anyway, this is what I wore to work at Ann Taylor the other day! Love love love these pants from them, super comfortable, size 14, fits great, cropped which is great for me that is short AND loooove the zipper details int he front with pockets, and this top is just SO CHIC! Sporting a simple and classic black and white look with a bright pink lip ;) ...and new hair cut! ;)
Thanks for reading and following!
You guys are amazing!!
XOXO

I love the black and white with a pop of color. Those shoes are pretty amazing but they definitely don't have an "all day" wear look to them LOL. Soak your feet in a cool foot bath, then in some warm with bath salts. That always does the trick for me anyways.

Don't stress to much about next week, things have a way of working out.

HEya,,I always use these old school yugoslavian nurse/cook/cleaning lady shoes, that were made for ladies who spend hours and hours on their feet (cooks, cleaning ladies ect) and proven they are soooo soooooo damn comofrable it is insane. I can easly go trough 15hour shoot day in them and I used to work on set only in my sneakers to avoid the feet hell..but..these are the only ones that actually work :)
They come in these dreaded dark blue and off white colors, but it's sooo easy to make them awesome anyways :D

I always wear crocs to work - they have so many cute styles now. I've got some super molded flats, and some leopard print slip ons. I even have some black leather small heeled court shoes. Nobody ever believes that they're crocs! You look fab with your new haircut btw!

Girlie I love your haircut and this look! I frequent your blog often and I have to say this is my favorite look for you. By the way you should no better than to deal with shoepidity in the work place with all the stylish flats they have out now. Best of luck to you!

Congrats again on the jobs, two retail jobs at once can be tough on your feet so make sure you get some comfy ones. My feet and back use to kill me working retail! I'm sure things will work out with scheduling. You look fabulous in these pants and I'm still loving this fabulous haircut.
